Terms of service
Last updated 5 November 2026
These terms apply to the Alpha Assistant website and service provided by Code Alpha AI Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By requesting a trial, signing up or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Alpha Assistant is an AI assistant, used through a mobile app, that answers calls forwarded from your phone, talks with callers, can make calls and send messages for you when you ask, and gives you summaries and one-tap actions in the app. Features depend on your plan. We may improve or change features over time and will tell you about material changes.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the instructions you give your assistant, including what it may and may not say.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law, to harass or deceive anyone, to make unsolicited marketing calls or messages, or to impersonate another person. Your assistant always identifies itself as an AI and we will not configure it to do otherwise.
Plans, trials and billing
Plans are billed in advance in US dollars, monthly or yearly. Free trials last for the period and minutes shown on our pricing page. Usage beyond your plan is charged from prepaid credits at the published rate, unless you set a hard limit. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your customer portal, where you can also see your usage and invoices. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.
Call forwarding and carriers
The service relies on conditional call forwarding from your mobile carrier and on third-party providers for telephony, AI and messaging. Your carrier may charge for forwarded calls. We are not responsible for outages or charges caused by your carrier or other third parties.
AI limitations
AI can make mistakes. Summaries, priorities and suggested actions are a guide, and you remain responsible for decisions you make based on them. Do not rely on the service for emergencies.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or do not pay, and will give notice where reasonable.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions: [email protected].
