The basics
What is Alpha Assistant?
A personal AI assistant that lives in one app on your phone. It answers your calls when you can't, makes calls and sends messages for you, books meetings in your real free time and briefs you every morning. After every call you get a clear summary in the app.
Is it only for businesses?
No. It is built for anyone who wants help managing their phone: business owners, executives, freelancers, salespeople, real estate agents, doctors, content creators, parents and busy professionals.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number. You choose when Alpha picks up: after 10, 20 or 30 seconds, when you're busy, or when Do Not Disturb is on. It uses conditional call forwarding, which works on most carriers, including Telstra, Optus and Vodafone in Australia and AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon in the US.
Calls and privacy
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. Your assistant always identifies itself as your AI personal assistant and never pretends to be you. If someone asks "Are you a real person?", it answers honestly.
Can it book meetings?
Yes. It connects to your calendar, offers times you are genuinely free, confirms the caller's name, contact details and reason, then creates the booking. It never invents availability.
What will it never share?
Your private address, banking or financial details, passwords, internal business information, private client details, other callers' information, or anything in your calendar beyond open booking times.
What if it does not know the answer?
It never guesses. It says something like "I don't want to give you the wrong information, but I can make a note of that and have them follow up with you."
The app
What can I do in the app?
See every call with its summary, transcript and recording. Tap Call back, Message, Book or Ignore. Ask Alpha to make a call or send an SMS or WhatsApp message, check your calendar and play your daily briefing. You can also just talk to Alpha and tell it what you need.
Can Alpha call people for me?
Yes, on the Executive plan. Ask Alpha to make a call, or tap Call back on any summary. For example: "Hi John, this is Behnam's assistant. I'm calling you back regarding your conversation earlier." You get a summary of how it went.
What is the daily briefing?
A short spoken summary of your calls, messages, meetings and action items. It's ready at the time you choose, for example 8 AM, and takes about two minutes to play.
Plans and billing
Where do I manage my plan and payments?
In your customer portal. You can change plans, update your payment details, see how many minutes and messages you've used and download invoices.
What happens if I use all my minutes?
Extra minutes are billed from prepaid credits at $0.25 a minute. You can also set a hard limit so your assistant pauses instead.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial including 30 minutes.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time, from your customer portal. Upgrades start straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
